We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information and student photographs against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. We use secure photography gallery and ordering platforms to help safeguard customer information. However, no method of electronic storage or online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Photograph Retention and Deletion
We understand that children's photographs deserve special care, even after picture day is over. Student photographs are retained for a maximum of six months following the delivery of school pictures. After this period, all student photographs are permanently deleted from our computers and online galleries.
Joyday Studio does not maintain a permanent archive of student photographs. Parents and guardians are encouraged to download and save their purchased digital photographs before the gallery expiration date.
7. Payment Information
When families purchase photographs or photography products, payment information may be collected and processed through our third-party payment providers. Joyday Studio does not directly store complete credit card numbers. Payment providers are responsible for processing transactions in accordance with their applicable security and privacy practices.
8. Children's Privacy
Our photography services are provided through participating schools and are intended to be managed by parents, guardians, and authorized school representatives. Our website and online ordering services are not intended for independent use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our website.
